By ATM, I mean a money machine. Shareholders will be in full control of the PPS once buying pressure comes in. No dilution and no debt holders selling shares = we determine the PPS. The L2 should be clean as a whistle. I'm a bit confused as to why the market does not believe what is being said... These statements are very bold and straightforward.

I suppose we'll find out once a catalyst is present...
