I agree. The management promised in a 6/22/17 8K that financial filings would be filed within 71 days of June 12th (approximately 8-22-17)—ZERO explanation nor additional filing to explain the delay (flimsy, LAZY excuses in press releases filed several months later are unacceptable substitutes)! Now we are promised financial filings “in a few days. “ I wonder what flimsy excuse $MSPC will provide to SEC & FINRA to explain away their odious pattern of non-compliance. No string of sunny press releases is sufficient.
