What deal was made with Mendocino Brewery?

Okay, I get they are gonna brew Tiger Hemp Beer. Good news, of course. But what is JT giving them in return? Some profits from it? Has to be more than that because what if there are no profits from it? Has JT announced the terms of the deal?

Just wondering if I missed it.
