That company manages a few billion worth of mixed commodity funds, with more currently in registration. From management fees the subsidiary generates several million in earnings. Also, the majority of those issued shares are now held by insiders so little or no chance of them trading anytime soon.

The up coming reverse will make the number of shares more reasonable and even bring the eps into the teens instead of hovering around 0.00. The CEO talks of geting onto a national market so this is just one of the steps in making that happen.
