The only short reporting that I have confidence in is from FINRA.

Other sites will count unsettled trades as short's when they actually are not; makes for good chatter but not necessarily accurate.

The FINRA short numbers for UBQU are insignificant; the downward pressure is from continuing note conversions. When the notes are gone (or they decide to stop converting) the stock will recover as the company is fundamentally sound.
