Well, this is about as bearish as the stock price has ever been for NNVC. It used to be that 1.05 was a solid bottom, but now the price is frequently hitting 0.99. It is getting more obvious now -- unless NNVC can pull a rabbit out of a hat very soon (with 25% fewer employees than they had a few months ago) NNVC is going bankrupt.

I find it interesting that one of the largest institutional holders is Renaissance Technologies. They make their money doing short term algorithmic trading, not by long term holding of extremely speculative start ups. Maybe they decided to collect the money they found under their seat cushions and put it in lottery stocks. (Rentec makes several million dollars a day in trading, so yes, their position in NNVC is seat cushion money for them.)
