No. Much more likely it will be around November 15th to include the 10Q for Q3.

This of course assumes that the Schena's can be believed.

Remember they put out an 8K informing shareholders that dividend shares of AVDX would be available to ARYc shareholders of record imminently, back in 2015.

Folks are still waiting.

So don't get too excited.
