Maybe it’ll be ruled unconstitutional and not effect the past and or current IPR Trials. Who really knows for sure. They’ll probably just put in a jury trial in the PTAB. Wasn’t the whole point of the PTAB IPR process, to speed up the validity process versus a lengthy court trial.

Still feel Emil needs to address this before the upcoming decisions in what, three to four weeks or so.

IMHO, I get the feeling VPLM Is expecting to lose the up coming Apple Trial and a few IPR Petitions, just based on statistics and the crooked system. They’ve put their best efforts in, now there’s nothing else to do but wait. Expected the worst, I guess. I hope he has a plan to cushion the blow, prior to this happening. I thought the India RBR patent might be the case but, I’ve heard it’s not that valuable. Which is strange.

I’m sure there have been other legal processes that have been rule unconstitutional. Wonder how they handled the past and on going cases?

Maybe if VPLM wins the trial, someone will step up to the plate and take over from here. Because Apple’s not going to settle. Especially when they can drag this out for years. You can just look at their recent suits that they’re continue to fight, and they’re only a few hundred million dollars.
