As a side note its interesting that the OTC has initiated new standards for OTCQB reporting companies effective on July 31 2017. One of the biggest changes is that alternate reporters can now be on the OTCQB. I was wondering why a number of companies were dropping their SEC registrations lately via Form 15 and that explains a lot.
