Well said! 100% correct on the cost of up keeping a fully reporting company, and using the back door method vs a $1M IPO....happens ALL the time. Reverse Merger (RM) equity transaction is the most ideal. It wouldn’t cost GIFA a dime to take over the shell and former CEO gets a reasonable equity position to turn over the shell and thereafter GIFA begins the clean up process to get all the filings in order with the auditing process, Form 10, etc...$50k tops.
