The old company deregistered. That does not mean that GIFA will keep that status. I would expect them to refile and become fully reporting again.

The old company deregisterred due to the financial burden of keeping up the the fully recporting sec requirements. That is very costly for a shell to justify or afford.

Gifa has huge resources and i would fully expect them to bring this back to a fully reporting status.
