There was a promo I discovered on Barchart.com. The promoter was compensated nearly $300,000. The author of the "report" went by the last name of Fleming.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
