TE_HG acquisition 8k yesterday. Catching up on fins and going active. CEO has had one big board uplist and owns 94% of shares. So if they uplist this then 5.00 is prob coming like his other one.imo will see. prob could still get bid shares .30s .40s.

Looks like insiders were buying recently before 8k which is always a good sign if they are willing to buy .40s then Im sure they are expecting to make some dough or a few bags.

Was trading pretty high adjusted for split but got sold down on low vol. Could be a nice Chinese comeback to multi bucks soon if more acquisitions announced.imo
