You know Joe you keep talking about Mr. Umbra as if you know him yet every time I ask if anyone has spoken to him you never speak up and in fact I believe you were one of the people that said you have never spoken with him! How could you possibly know what the measure of a man is if you have never met him or even taken the time to contact him or the company? Seems odd that you who seem so outraged and are so invested in UATG yet have never communicated with the company all because you assume they or he will just spin a story and lie to you. Then why on Gods green earth would you invest in such a dishonest company?

What could possibly be your motivation to sling such potentially criminal, false and vicious accusations at a company or an individual with absolutely no evidence and apparent minimal effort to conduct DD?

It took me 30 minutes to find this company using basic common sense and my understanding of a company I am actually invested heavily in when it was at $1 pps. If you are in fact a serious investor I would recommend a little more diligence in your due diligence and perhaps a little more prudence when coming to such outrageous conclusions. After all you supposedly have millions tied up in this company right?
