Garza himself should be out making sales. If the product is as good as hyped, he shouldn't have to put in 60 hours a week to close one good-sized contract. Hell, he's had quite a bit of time to just put in a few hours a day making calls, sending information out and meeting with companies in order to have one sale under his belt that would lead to others.

Maybe Garza is the one who should be replaced.
