It wouldn't be a government contract, and thus would not require a bid to be won. That would fall under the same criteria as the MacDill Air Force Base Private Housing contract, probably as a residential/commercial deal.

Not sure about the time period for the contract renewal. Just need to see more details as it's updated. The current contract, valid thru November, appears to be over a 5 year span.
