It's pretty obvious there's massive dilution occurring. Here's the news everyone's been waiting a year for, and the stock price falls? The price was near its all-time low, so it's highly unlikely anyone is taking profits. Saying the brokerage firms don't have this news isn't an explanation. If you're a serious investor in this stock you have a Google alert set up.

Mark my words, the other shoe is about to drop.
