He tries to get another unsuspecting legit company to enter into a deal with him, and will talk to the other company about putting out a PR first. This lends credibility to the deal, however the deal NEVER happens. Michaels always lies, gets caught scamming, and does not execute. The deal NEVER HAPPENS!
