Such people (and institutions) would make such comments (I'm buying xyz) AFTER they bought the truckload. At the time of the comment they buy just few more shares just to make it all be/look technically correct..

Nevertheless, even though a very laggard factor, it still shows us that interest is picked from big money. From there you can use your own strategy and buy even if late to the party. But last time around it was Buffett that was horribly early to the party

(or maybe he wasn't? Maybe he bought the bulk lower? Can't tell, but the media said he bought at the higher price and the quantity, so it did look legit)
