You are correct on all counts. Companies tend to not want to buy complications though. I dont think they will sell it for .10 on the dollar
like they did Black Fox. I still can not believe the buy Mcewen got on that
excellent property. San Dimas is a good property also and a large part of it is not affected by the stream.
