I rely on many forms of DD, and this position is bad news. I see absolutely no redeeming factors. Looks like the typical pink sheet scam to me. Feel free to point out any redeeming factors you think you see. Also if that is true that he left Apex earlier, not the first time I have seen a pinkey CEO hang a fall guy. Quite common. Run a company into the ground on the verge of collapse and then conveniently leave with it in a mess.
Quite common in the pinkey market. Smart people leave that market to the flippers and scammers.
