I've been up doing some DD trying to figure this out, and I think I may have found the new contract that Trina is alluding to.

Contract #GS06F0013L-VA24813F6013 for Malcolm Randall VAMC in Gainesville, FL appears to have been renewed as of 2 weeks ago. It's worth anywhere from $665,000 to $780,000.

It looks like it's in the process of being updated online, with the latest purchase order being reported on October 2, 2017 for $37,200. Also, considering the "107,000" figure from EVSV's recent Tweets, it could be the total amount obligated so far since the contract update because the difference between the contract ceiling and the base price is roughly that.
