I am not sure it's all attributed to waggs... but he doesn't help...this stock is being manipulated...I don't think anyone doubts that...it's being held down on purpose...if it starts going up the clamps are put as a wall goes up...how many times have we seen that...I don't think it's independent flippers working together unless the have some kinda signal system going on....and besides flippers can't be making money on this volume and small pps movements... generally people stay away from otc and pmcb is otc...this will move only when we have hardcore evidence that ind has been accepted and patients are being enrolled...so we have to wait...I think it could happen soon not because new board members came aboard to share in the share selling scam but because they see something in cib...I think a partnership with a Chinese firm could be announced soon...refer to austrianova fb post about exciting times regarding partnership for stem cell applications...jmo
