Off-book transactions might not be reported on Nasdaq.
There are several types which don’t show up as a market price transaction.
1) transfers to a retirement account. I.E. Roth IRA
2) gifts to children
3) transfers to trusts

There are a few more which show up in the volume reported by the company, but they are not open market buy/sell transactions.

When you start to see a lot of these ( by volume) it usually means something is about to transpire.
In otherwords, it might be tax advantaged to do the transfers in advance of some anticipated developments.
Some would call them insider transactions.
