The reason why this was NOT publicized, could quite possibly be -that growlife is trying to HIDE this as much as possible .

If you look up the history of ALPINE SECURITIES (mainly owned by 1 person
at SCOTTSDALE SECURITIES ) -you find some real disturbing INFO .
This company has a HISTORY OF MANY ,MANY ,MANY SEC violations going
back 10+ years .
They PRESENTLY are being SUED and under INVESTIGATION by the SEC for
more than 1960 SAR violations and NON compliance (SAR= suspicious activity
reports ) The investigation was filed 6/5/2017 -current -it states that
THEY are a LIQUIDATION firm and have laundered money and filed fraudulent
reports -the SEC is seeking REMEDY with CIVIL penalties. The SEC has
asked them to respond and correct over a long period -with NO response
and then even more fraudulent activity.

These cases take a LONG time and a lot of people get burned during the
