So Maybe the SP is being Fixed where as the Company gets in at a low price but the Shareholders take a beating. Does this sound accurate !

It seems repurchases are practically done on the bid So you were right. I apologize!

That could be a major reason why we are down and sliding along as oversold. I'm assuming once they file the form 4 it will be over.

Price: The issuer must repurchase at a price that does not exceed the highest independent bid or the last transaction price quoted.

Volume: The issuer can't purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume.
