Like I said, for the last year Hemp, Inc. chart is not flat, virtually or otherwise. Going up and down is not flat and that’s whats meant when referring to a stock as flat.
What you pointed out is that it has gone up and down, not flat
Down 33% in the last year. ( that’s not flat)

Here is one year ago today for example, goes up from there: 10/18/2016 0.0341 0.0344 0.032 0.034 32,759,840
