Anyone with an ipad and an 8th grade reading level would be able to ascertain that HERA has not been implemented as it was vocally stated it would be...and that the NWS was a complete perversion of what HERA was meant to be.

No more "facts" will change the minds that I heard in that video. The multiple quotes saying that they don't think that the companies should go back into shareholder control ever again stick out in my mind.

How do you see this playing out - we're wiping out the shareholders - we want private capital. that dog won't hunt. so go ahead and keep up the bent but this is what I was referring to when I inadvertently insulted you earlier. You need the biggest picture. Anything else does not matter. Which is why the Moelis plan, in my opinion, is flawed.

I don't see this playing out any way. My hope is that we will win in courts. If we don't win in courts, then the Conservatorship will continue indefinitely. I don't believe it will ever end...5 years...10 years...20 years. Eventually it will become the "norm".
