Delays in the OTC happen DAILY! Its a non-event unless a Co. overshoots the 30 day grace AFTER the NT deadline, as has been posted.

The fact that they are in discussions with "Arguably the Largest Chemical Co. In the world" is a much bigger, more important takeaway than a late filing.
