Absolutely disgusting...

So they are issuing shares to debenture holders to pay themselves as consultants for another company they run.. They do absolutely nothing, if they were legit why not just work as american green employees instead of working for another company owned by the same company and then charging themselves for it. Just more ways to funnel all that cash into their
own pockets.. My god...
