Maybe someone or an an entity already had several million shares, but they put up that many shares on the ask in order to hopefully scare people into selling for more freebies or from buying so they had some time to get enough money together in order to buy more LIGA shares before our stock price goes to where it inevitably is heading, just my thoughts is all...GO LIGA!!!
