Agreed marketreturn...a legit $125M acquisition being filed via 8K making Limecom Inc. a fully owned subsidiary of NXGH would drive the valuation metrics big money players apply here through the roof!!!

I've been quietly nibblin' a few shares here over past 2 weeks but for the life of me can't figure out why the funders behind this play are constantly parked on lead ask daily with such a MONSTER acquisition on the imminent horizon!!!

Nothing todays sophisticated traders hate more than lazy dilutive sellers. Show me any other OTC play this close to a completed massive acquisition right? But whenever traders pull up level II and put NXGH on their radar all they see is VNDM never moving off lead ask sigh.
