don't know why everyone still talking about RS. if what TC is coming down the road, which I believe, it's all FINDER'S FEE money. straight to the bottom line. what's the rush to nasdaq. he can fix share structure without RS. everyone is always doom and gloom. I for one, believe there is no reason for a RS. we will be coming into MILLIONS will very low overhead. TC doing it the right way. JMHO
