After I saw your picture, had the same feeling, won't open by Oct 20th. They said we still take order. Literally, 10min after you posted the picture, we have a FB response. I am a 4% owner at few bars, I know there are delay. 1 bar/restaurant took over 18months to open after delay after delay.

For a Donut shop to be reading i-hub and had to response, that just make it look bad. The problem is they already opened 2 shop before but for them to said September, then October 1st, then Oct 20th, and now November. That is very unprofessional.

All my bars, only owner such as myself knows. We can't kept telling the public when it's opening but it's not. That just look bad. They should already know when it's opening.

It's not a brand new place. They are taking over an existing restaurant/bakery. That mean they could piggy back ride on many of the legal stuffs.

They still have the sign of the old bakery. I would think by October, they should have Naughty Girl brand in front even if it's a plastic banner. However, it's a plastic banner of the old bakery. Would think they start advertising Naught Girl if it was opening in 2 weeks. I know we put plastic banner out in front while we wait for our restaurant sign whenever we open a new joint.
