Yes the Institutional buys would force the MMs to buy and cover their Naked Shorts today. Simply madness for the MMs to cover the gap at $1.12 from last week. However up till now the MMs have totally controlled $ONCS PPS. Maybe the Institutionals will make the MMs pay dearly at considerable costs to buy back their Naked Shorted Sells.

The MMs may have gone to the "well" one too many times? We shall see.
