Fact: The 8K from December 2014 explains the patent agreement between Rossi and TruXmart. FNHI acquired TruXmart in the same 8K.

Beyond that you need someone who can interpret the legal limits of the agreement.

Unfortunately the patent does not list an assignment on it which is our area of risk. Those that believe trust Rossi will stick to the agreement hence FNHI has exclusive rights to the patent.

What I do want Rossi to do is assign the solar truck cover the FNHI officially if we are funding the development. This I will keep asking him until I get a better response.
