Over 1 million shares dumped today and headed to a nickel rather quickly. Sure would be nice to get that annual report out right about now to save SP from continuing to decline. I don't understand the mindset of thinking this is not an issue. Investors need answers and accountability is required from the one at the helm. What's the pump what's the play? Chinese, smart city, maybe shifting focus to nanomedicines. Maybe waiting until tomorrow. Historically they announce bad news on Fridays after hours
