UAT Intel has been around since the beginning. This is just the updated page. If you check filings it was a source of income several times while they were testing that data mining software. Mr. Umbra consults with government on intelligence and threats here and overseas regularly. I know a senator on a committee that deals with him on just that alone. I believe UAT worked Ferguson, Occupy Wall Street and a few others as well as did early testing for commercial use with Hollywood movie releases to determine if a movies marketing was working and if the movie would be a success. if you go back to when they bought the company that originally developed the program they were able to predict movies and protester movements very accurately. I think thats how they got contracts.

When I discussed it with him a few years back he plans to build up the intelligence business and contracts for the company over a period of time and intends to do so quietly. He told me that he would most likely never put out an announcement on anything related to that division which explains why we never hear anything about it. I have brought it up a few times but he will no longer discuss it so they are obviously moving forward with whatever they are doing. My guess we might hear something about it in the coming year now that they brought those artificial intelligence programming fellas in for their drones and such. I know Hygieia has something to do with the drones and security because it can conduct electricity and do communications. I suspect that is the reason for the timing of Hygieia and the programmers. Your guess is as good as mine though.
