FRFS I ordered a copy of the 13 page ammendment they filed with nevada sos. 160m OS and it looks like insiders own 62% of those shares. So the float must only be around 50m shares. NO REVERSE SPLIT IN THE FILING, JUST LOWERED AS TO 500M
