So, ISBG is trying to acquire the Aristocrat Group Corp. in... Florida?

According to the last 2015 FL filing (link), ASCC (FL) merged with ASCC (NV), a private company, but I don't see anything about assets or whatever, nor do I care to look further. And of course, ASCC website is dead, as is RWB Vodka.

Here's something really amusing: Feb 16, 2016 - The company is conducting due diligence toward to potential acquisition of an international beverage alcohol company with a large portfolio of spirits brands. International beverage alcohol company sounds too close to be a coincidence.

Both companies have been in cahoots for a while it looks like.
