I posted this once before but an interesting read. This was 10 years ago next month. The countries change and the story changes to some degree but nothing has changed in 10 years. Marty has been there for a decade and does what??? Lee always has a story of big things coming but never delivers. This could have easily been a call we had in the last year and if you didn't know the date you would think it was. Minus Russia They have been yammering about being audited for a decade and he mentions reverse split here but within the last year or so he said they were not talking reverse split: Give it a read

Well, our intentions right now are to grow anywhere we can with acquisitions. We want to get on the American Stock Exchange as soon as we can. We are working on audits right now. We are just contracting audits, so we'll have audited statements and when we got two statements and we are ready to go then we'll obviously have to do a reverse on the stock, so that we can get the price up where we can get on the American Stock Exchange and a lot of this is kind of new to me. I am learning as I go with Marty's help.
