On a side note, i have a small town in my backyard here in Kansas City. It has a population of about 15, the same size as Nipton with a couple of dilapidated buildings. We cant sell or grow marijuana there either but there is a aquifer with only a few restrictions on it. There will be YOGA and stargazing. I'm looking for investors and selling each share for 1/10 of a penny each. Anyone want to invest? Ill even let you park your RV for only $20 a night. Hit me up.
