It is fantastic news not just for those who stand to gain financially but clinically as well.

As for when it goes to market. That really isn't our immediate issue because per the purchase agreement Tetralogic stakeholders revieve significant milestone payments from the advancement of birinapant and remetinostat. I'd certainly say from the news last Friday that we are certainly sitting in the money or near. Medivir's continued silence certainly doesn't help us either. I may have my attorney review the asset purchase agreement because I'm truly beginning to think TLOG shareholders may need legal representation to insure our interests are being properly enforced. Just my humble opinion.
