design333) Who knows? Some say it is a done deal, I say the Germany build-out news may have helped, there could even be more news before the hearing IMO. I would think they will take a good look at the defense(LOI's, Non-disclosure agreements, completed and on-going projects GTE PR'ed ect...). Let's face it, the share price has plenty to do with what the AMEX has done by starting this delisting process IMO. If we get past this hurdle, I expect the share price to start correcting up again. The decision will move GTE in either direction, let's hope GTE wins. Keep the Faith and GLTY!
