Traders holding stock for a long time is unusual.
I recall reading that this investing behavior especially
on the OTC is extremely unusual. I would suggest the downward
price trend for the last few weeks is the result of market makers
desperately encouraging selling so that they can resolve their
short positions before this explodes with news in the coming months.
