Why is Burke Hiding Total Dispensaries ?

Has it got anything to do with " Break Even with 20 Dispensaries ? "

Why not just say Total Brands ? Burke is not very good with Cover ups.
His Total Dispensary Coverup Sticks out like a sore red thumb

Anyway, Burke Failed to Deliver Break even with 25 Dispensaries, only produced $41 / month in Potential Revenue falling a little short of the $40,000 needed to Break Even. He still doesn't have a viable Commercial Product.
