What are the terms of the assignment? Nobody knows. Just like the 10k, nobody admitted that there was dilution occurring all year, and SURPRISE. The honest CEO was less than honest.

Now the patents.....what does the honest CEO want in exchange for those patents, how many shares? Let's see the contract before we start singing "somewhere over the rainbow"....cuz you may be walking in a thunderstorm and get all wet.
