Yes, if they believe in the company and it success that is exactly what they should get paid in MDMN stock and not the extra advantage of not having to wait for MDMN to get all it ducks in a row. That is what every executive is paid in the stock of the company they work for not part of the valuable asset the company owns. They should not have an advantage over the common shareholders that they represent that is why most companies pay their executives in restrict stock . I think this payment of Auryn shares which we had to make a capital call is simply outrageous. I highly doubt that they are on the line for their percentage of the loan for that capital call. JMO
