Negative operating cash flows are a necessary component of any manufacturing company that's rapidly growing. Accruals went down, inventory went up - both are non issues and temporary phenomena. Lots of cash has to go toward innovation and R&D. I'm sure Cetx will be able to "sit back" and enjoy having positive operating cash flows pretty soon. For now, they're just investing in their growth.
