I think this is SBs way of hinting to shareholders that next week and beyond is when the real fun starts with the share price. Thinking most if not all the dilution will be completed by end of this week depending on the daily volume. Would only make the most sense to have this completed before bringing global awareness to ONCI via facebook.
Also, i think website launch is damn close as well. Why start a facebook campaign if you can't promote your website on it!
